The current study aimed to identify the role of school principals in building professional learning communities public schools Ajloun Governorate from point view teachers. used descriptive survey approach, and a questionnaire was prepared collect information applied sample (367) They were selected stratified cluster method, consisted three axes measure results concluded that there is (high) for governorate developing teachers with average (3.71 out 5), dimension vision shared values moderated (3.67 5) supportive leadership high (3.80 conditions (3.65), In addition, findings showed weren’t any significant differences refers teacher's sex (male| female) teacher qualification.
